Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Group Home Direct Care Worker to join our team! You will play a crucial role in supporting and developing a care plan for youth in our care. Shifts as follows: Monday thru Friday: 2PM-10PM; 4PM-12PM; Monday thru Thursday: 10PM-8AM

Responsibilities
- Directly working with youth in DCS custody
- Preparing meals and cleaning
- Understanding a service plan and the ability to help work towards service plan goals
- Drive a passenger van
- Reliable
- Work Holidays
- Administering Medications
*Qualifications
- Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Ability to pass a Background Check
- Arizona Driver’s License AND CLEAN DRIVER'S RECORD
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Pre-Employment Drug Test
*You must be willing to obtain
- CPI or Article 9
- First Aid/CPR
- Food Handlers Card
- Physical/TB Test
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
